Carlos, originally from Guadalajara, worked for 9 years with Procter & Gamble as a Sales and Marketing Executive before moving to Puerto Vallarta. He has since been in the real estate industry and built 3 successful projects. Carlos brings intimate knowledge of local laws and market information to HEVA; as well as an unparalleled development team.
